We conducted an Internet based customer satisfaction survey during the May-June period of 2009. This time 26.5% of the people, we sent the questionnaire to, responded.

Majority of our clients, i.e. 57 %, have interactions with us several times per month, but there are quite many customers we deal with as frequently as several times per week. Visibly the interaction on daily bases is highest for our clients in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

We received lots of praise in regard of our accountants. Even 91 % of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with our accountants. Most satisfied were our clients with the accountants of Tallinn office: 66 % of them evaluated our Tallinn office accountants as very good and 31% as good. Also our accountants in Helsinki were rated very high (60 % gave the evaluation very good and 40% good). Accountants in Tallinn and Helsinki are followed by the accountants in St. Petersburg, Riga and Vilnius.

The most valued characteristic of our accountants is their friendliness (77 % of respondents gave rating very good and 19 % good). Any problems involving quality or skills are rare. The competence, good service, sociability, co-operation ability, promptness and correctness of our staff although received positive feedback.

All in all, it can be concluded that crucial part of our clients are happy with our staff and services we offer, with the location of our offices and the order in our offices.
